Organic coconut oil infused with wildcrafted Rocky Mountain sagebrush and ponderosa. Enhanced with essential oils of rosemary and eucalyptus. 

This chest rub is intended to bring ease to stuffy breathing so you can take nice soothing deep breaths. I like to use it before a hot shower, if I know I will be wearing my mask for an extended period of time, before a prānāyāma practice or when I have a cold.
