Gua sha use originates back to maybe as far as stone-age ancient China. It is a practice of facial stimulation by directional pressure to stimulate the lymphatic system, breaking up stagnant congestion, fascia tension and aiding in cellular regeneration.
The gua sha stone can be used in the morning or the evening and is best used after a fresh application of your favorite facial oil. My top picks would be Wildflowers for the daytime and Evening Song for the night time.
