My Journey to Self-Love

I’m going to get pretty real here, so heads up.

Self-love is a subject pretty dear to my heart because it took me many years to get to a place where I truthfully gave myself permission to love myself for who I am…and if I’m being completely honest, I’m still doing a lot of work in that department.

What a crazy society we live in that cultures women to never accept themselves for their natural beauty.

I see through that bullshit, and if you’re still reading this, I know you do too.

Natural Facial Mist Sprayed on Sensitive Skin in Colorado Landscaper

Cool Colorado Rain (pictured here) is a sensitive skin facial toner formulated from the native and wild Aspen Trees of south central Colorado, blended with cooling cucumber and enhanced with herbs to support your skin’s purifying and regenerative process.

I have created some simple products that are so natural that you can recognize the ingredients on the labels.

The idea isn’t to cover up our blemishes or flaws but to put so much love into ourselves that the true beauty radiates from inside…THAT is the biggest beauty secret out there.

Bathe yourself in skincare products that are formulated with connection to nature as the deepest focused and infused with blessings of love and rock and roll.

You are always your own biggest critic and the ones who matter already see you as the beauty that you are.
